Terms of Sale

These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern all sales made on the website https://biomasa-forestalsl.com, operated by Biomasa Forestal SL.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these GTS without reservation.

The products offered for sale are those described on the site. Photos are not contractual. Prices are indicated in Euros, including all taxes (VAT included).

Biomasa Forestal SL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices in effect at the time of the order.

Delivery costs are indicated before order validation.

The customer places an order on the website by following the ordering process. The order is confirmed by email after validation.

Biomasa Forestal SL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding payment of a previous order.

Payment is made by bank transfer. The order will be processed upon receipt of payment.

The customer must make the transfer within 7 days of placing the order. Beyond this period, the order may be cancelled.

Bank details are provided in the order confirmation email.

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the order. Delivery times are indicative.

Biomasa Forestal SL cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier or events beyond its control.

The customer must check the condition of the products upon receipt and report any anomalies within 48 hours.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Biomasa Forestal SL by email at contact@biomasa-forestalsl.com or by post.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer may choose between repair and replacement of the product.

Biomasa Forestal SL shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, such as loss of profit, resulting from the use or inability to use the products.

Liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

In case of dispute, the customer can contact the customer service of Biomasa Forestal SL by email at contact@biomasa-forestalsl.com.

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer may also resort to a consumer mediator free of charge.

These General Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of Biomasa Forestal SL.
