ORANGE CHUNKS

Orange tree chunks are pieces of wood from pruning and cleaning orange groves. These pieces are served dry, in 2.5kg bags.

These chunks are ideal for foods that must be cooked and smoked for an extended period of time.

• Perfect pairing with: fish, both blue and white, mollusks and shellfish. It is also ideal for vegetables, rice, white poultry and soft meats.
• How to use: immerse the wooden chunks in water for at least 20 minutes; then add them to the glowing charcoal. They can be used on gas or electric barbecues, but using a smoker or placing them on a previously perforated aluminum tray.
